Heels

Ug.

I'm making an effort to learn to walk in heels. I'm so short, I need to know how to walk in them on all terrain.

In the house I'm having very little difficulty. I mean, the first day my feet hurt. Now they are just a bit annoyed.

I'm dreading learning to walk on grass, and hills, though.

There - my little note for today.

  1. Just curious as to where you are going to need to walk on grass and hills in heels?

  2. People take me more seriously when I'm in heels (I've noticed this with everyone, not just people who don't know me) and since I usually am out in the lawn with family members, I have to learn how to walk in heels on the grass. I've also noticed people take me more seriously if I have make-up on. Funny, I don't change at all except I'm a bit more cranky, since my feet hurt.

  3. Yeah, people don't take me seriously either unless I am in heels either.

  4. Hmmm. I've never had that experience with shoes. Wonder why peole think because you can teeter around on heels you must be 'serious'. Walking on heels in grass is really tough because you have to walk on the balls of your feet without looking like you're going to fall over. Good luck to you.

  5. Well Anna, your Auntie does it again. I put my comment on your heel walking in the wrong spot. It's with the Pizza, My Sister Made Me Do It spot. Oh brother....I don't know why I do stuff like that! Must be the artist in me. Oh yes, just in case you aren't on facebook anymore,I would love to paint the cover for your book. What is your book about? Auntie :}
